Terms of Service

1. What OnDeck is

OnDeck is a marketplace that connects DJs, venues, studios and service providers. We provide the platform — profiles, discovery, messaging, booking and payment tools. We are not a party to the agreements between users: the DJ (or studio) provides the service, the client hires it.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person may hold multiple profile types (for example a DJ profile and a studio profile) under one account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, videos, bios, riders). By uploading you give OnDeck a license to display that content on the platform to operate the service.

Content must be yours or licensed to you. Nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate content, spam and impersonation are not allowed. Uploads are automatically screened and users can report content; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

4. Bookings & payments

When a booking is confirmed, the client pays a deposit plus the OnDeck service fee through Stripe. The remaining balance is paid directly to the DJ or studio as agreed between the parties. The service fee is not refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where the law requires otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds of deposits are worked out between the parties; OnDeck can assist and, where appropriate, process refunds of amounts paid through the platform.

Card details never touch OnDeck — payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (such as Pro, Agent or Venue Pro) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no scraping, no fake profiles or reviews, no circumventing fees, no harassment, no illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Disclaimers

OnDeck is provided “as is”. We verify what we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee the conduct, quality or reliability of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid OnDeck in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll notify you (email or in-app). Continuing to use OnDeck after a change means you accept it.
