Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email, password (hashed), display name and the role(s) you choose.

Profile data you publish: stage name, city, genres, rates, photos, videos, riders, availability — this is public by design, it's your storefront.

Booking data: event dates, agreed rates, deposits, and the messages you exchange through the platform.

Technical data: approximate location (only if you allow it, to center the map), device and usage information.

2. How we use it

To run the marketplace: show your profile to potential clients, match DJs with gigs, process bookings and payments, send booking notifications and transactional email.

To keep the platform safe: uploaded images are automatically screened by an AI safety filter, and reported content is reviewed by our team.

To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch OnDeck's servers. We receive only what we need to operate: booking amount, status and a payment reference.

4. Who we share with

Service providers that run the platform for us: Supabase (database & storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI features such as content screening — images are analyzed, not stored by the model).

Other users: what you publish on your profile is visible to anyone; when a booking is confirmed, the two parties see each other's contact details to coordinate the event.

5. Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile content anytime from your dashboard.

You can request a copy or the deletion of your account data by emailing ondeck@vellarin.ai — we'll action it within 30 days, except data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example payment records).

6. Retention & security

We keep data while your account is active. Storage and database access are protected with row-level security; media uploads are limited per-user and type-restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry practices to protect yours.

7. Changes & contact
